Activating new internet not working
Hi there. We are trying to activate our internet and it isn't working. Spent multiple hours on the phone with Telus where they kept trying to activate it. Everything is connected properly. I'm wonder...
If the main feed from street goes to the renter and then ethernet from a router or WIFI to you then you would be on the same account as the renter. If you are trying to activate a new account, then you need to have your own connection from the street.
