Telus tech support had to recreate my profile now my Telus TV+ (PIK) gets above error code when logging in. Did the following on my android TV:
- Cleared cache and restart TV (did not solve)
- Uninstalled Telus TV+ and restart TV
- Installed Telus TV+ and restart TV (did not solve)
- Searched Telus neighbourhood and no solution offered to anyone
Please resolve issue.
I called technical support and it was resolved. Apparently agent had to do a synchronization function. I guess it is like a domain and has multiple authentication servers that need to be synched or something like that. Probably a synchronization delay that probably would eventually resolve. Don't know the exact details but it works now. Thanks to telus technical support for quick resolution. Took about 10 minutes to resolve. I used the support callback feature so I wouldn't have to sit on the phone twiddling my thumbs. Support worked well for me.
