To achieve optimal upload and download speeds on your TELUS connection, ensure your modem/router is centrally located, use a wired Ethernet connection for critical devices, and minimize interference from other electronics. Regularly rebooting your modem and keeping firmware updated can also improve performance. If issues persist, run speed tests at different times and contact TELUS support for potential line or hardware upgrades
