Account cancelled
I cancelled my account 3 months ago, but why are they asking me to pay when I cancelled my account?

It could be your closing bill. Generally speaking, when you request a cancellation the final bill can take a full cycle to complete and it'll continue to generate until the balance is paid off. Alternatively if the balance is zero, it does take 90 days (3 bill cycles) for the billing system to run its course. In this scenario, nothing is owed and the system will close out after those 90 days.
