Ability to restart the news keeps coming and going
We prefer to watch the 5 PM CTV Edmonton news. Some days we can restart the show and some days we can't. This is very frustrating. Is there a reason it's not always available?

Community ManagerIt definitely could be set by the broadcaster (for the same reason they prohibit the fast forward feature...you can rewind a program but then you have to watch it all the way through). If it is occurring frequently however then yes a call to our Tech Support team at 1-888-811-2323 may be in order so they can ensure there's nothing wrong with your profile.
