4K Telus box

Hi, I have 1 standard and 2- 4K boxes, hooked to older TVs. While watching a show on PVR, both 4K boxes randomly switch to Amazon on 424. Happens 2 or 3 times in 3 or so hours of watching the PVR. Very annoying. Does anyone have any suggestions? Tried the problem solver on Telus but that's kind of useless.

    Hmm, this is the first I've heard of that happening. Can you try unplugging power from all three boxes for 10 seconds, plug them back in and see if the issue returns?

    If it continues to happen, please update us here and we'll go from there 🙂

      Thanks! I had tried unplugging the boxes but not all at once. Tried that and seems to be good now. If it happens again I'll let you know.

        So it's still doing it. Not sure what to try next. Watched 1 PVRed show and it switched back to Prime 3 times.
