4k PVR and Activation Code Problem
My sister's 4k PVR was a little problematic, so several months ago we received a replacement. The PVR replacement asked for an Activation Code which Telus did not provide. We ended up sending it back...
Telus sent us another PVR box. Exact same problem - asking for activation code. This is ridiculous.

Official Support TeamThat's definitely not what I'm expecting after a 3rd box. The boxes should self-register and generally speaking. restarting it by unplugging it/plugging it back in, should force it to register once connected to the network.
Have you tried unplugging it and plugging the new one back in to see if it can self-register?
