2 different modems
Is it possible to add another modem to my telus account that have that modem operating at a long-term care home where my dad is living? the fraser health wifi at his long-term care home is insufficient and he needs his own modem so that his Roku smart TV can operate properly. His smart TV cannot connect to the fraser health wifi at his facility.

It’s not possible to have two TELUS modems tied to the same account at different locations. You can set up a separate TELUS internet account specifically for his long-term care home.
