2.4 GHz network
Need to have a separate 2.4 GHz network to sync some hardware. Cannot find any method of either setting up a separate 2.4 GHz network or forcing current modem to 2.4 GHz mode. Help

As mentioned you will need to disable smart steering. Here is an in depth article on working with these settings for the T3200M:

5 years agoIf you have the T3200M router, you can turn off Smart Steering in settings. On the newer Arcadian Hub, you may be able to turn off the 5 GHz radio temporarily in settings, and turn it on again once you have set up your devices.
