Just upgraded my internet from 1 Gig to 3 Gig Still only getting 1 Gig max Hours on the phone and a service call Still only getting 1 Gig max and being charged with 3 Gig Also, just lost my ab...

since the 10gbit port is occupied by your PC , what is the speed of the port your ONT is connected to the telus hub - white square box.
If you don't mind, give us a bit more info on the set up

from what I am gathering here, you are using 1gbit ports and hence limited to that ports speed throughput. the network is as fast as the slowest port.

Had a service call scheduled for 8 am this morning
Texted me at 7:30 am, telling me they would be between 8 am and 9 am
It's 12.21 pm and no one has shown up
I just contacted their service and they said I cancelled the appointment
Total BS and I took the morning off to be here
I think they now owe me $200.00

I hear you and that's why I was confused why it was showing as cancelled. I can try re-booking another appointment if you can tell me a date/time that works for you again. I am sorry that this happened
