1 Gig to 3 Gig Purefibre Internet not 3 GIG
Just upgraded my internet from 1 Gig to 3 Gig
Still only getting 1 Gig max
Hours on the phone and a service call
Still only getting 1 Gig max and being charged with 3 Gig
Also, just lost my ability to manage my Optik TV on the Telus website
Hours on the phone, nothing
Been with Telus for 30 years
Anyone else with similar experience

I'm using a Cable Matters USB C to 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter, USB to 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter through Cat 8, cable directly from your 10G port into my PC
