Winback Offer Mismatch
I recently signed up for the Telus Mobility winback offer. I received both the confirmation email and the service agreement.
On the phone, the agent clearly stated multiple times that I was getting the 200GB plan for $55 (or $45 after pre-authorized payments). However, the service agreement I received shows 120GB for $55 instead.
I have just signed up for this plan, and the service is not yet active. I’m still waiting for my physical SIM card to be shipped, but I have already received the service agreement, order confirmation, and set up my online account.
I also need an update on the status and tracking for the SIM card shipment.
This is a frustrating experience because what was agreed to over the phone is not what is documented in my service agreement. Please correct this to reflect the 200GB plan I was promised and provide the SIM card shipment update.
