29 days agoHello Code50, that sounds incredibly frustrating—there is nothing quite like being stuck in a loop where the "solutions" require the very device that isn’t working. Suggesting a battery app for a phone that won't turn on is definitely a "facepalm" moment for our AI, and I’m sorry you hit that wall.
Since you're four hours away from a store, let's see what else we can try. First, are you able to test that same cable and charger on another device to confirm it's working properly ? if it does, it may be a a hardware issue but we still can't know for sure. Do you happen to have a wireless charger that you can try ? Also, did you reach out to the Samsung support team ? They were able to help me with my Smartwatch few years ago and since it's their product, they may have other suggestions. Keep us posted !
