Why is Telus the only telco that puts a strike on your credit rating?
How come Telus is the only telco that puts a strike on your credit rating for a late or missed payment? Bell and Rogers don't do that and actually works with the customer instead of running to punish...

- The answer from Telus made me laugh and think of when Trudeau decided they were going to “help” renters by having landlords report late payments to the credit bureaus.. at a time when half the country is struggling to pay their rent on time LOL.. So out of touch. Anyways with Telus I’d suggest putting your credit card or debit card on file and pre-authorized. Then you don’t have to worry about it - it will never be late.. hope it helps!
