Why do they charge so much for **********ty services?
Seems pointless in getting people to get more expensive contracts, shouldn't you be helping your customers lower there payments to keep them and not push them towards other companies like public mobile?

Telus offers 3 levels of service: Top tier = Telus, mid-tier = Koodo, and lowest cost = Public Mobile. Depending on your needs, you should choose accordingly. Top tier offers additional services not available on the others, such as watch plans, international travel connectivity, visual voicemail, etc., which the others offer to lesser extent. If you don't want the additional options, you can choose a lower tier option.
