Why can't Telus ever get a bill correct?

Just spent an hour on the phone with overseas and had to call back because what we talked about of course wasn't done correctly, Why does this happen so often? Is it lack of training? Wondering if others have the same issues. Would love to talk to a senior manager as it still isn't right.
