What IP range(s) are assigned to Telus mobile devices

We use Conditional Access rules but periodic IP address reassignments on the mobile devices cause the devices to be blocked.  What IP range(s) are assigned to Telus mobile devices?

    I'm looking also for this info.
    I'm hosting an application and only want sanctioned IP's to access it. Therefore need to know the IP space, so my phones won't be randomly cut-off, when a new (to me) IP address is being assigned.
