Waiting for call back for over 24 hours
I’ve been waiting for over 24 hours for a call back. This has become the norm at Telus. What is the problem? Time to find a new provider perhaps?

I don’t not see any private message anywhere, still have not received a call back , still waiting for a call back. When will I be getting the call back?
Ive been waiting 4 days for a call back. I absolutely don’t have Telus number blocked. Customer service gets 0/10.
