Voicemail to email
I am traveling outside Canada at the moment. I have added voicemail to text to my account which is working at the moment. I would like to receive voicemails via email as well. On the telus website it says there's an option to receive the voicemail via either text or email or both, but when I go into my account I cannot find any option to receive them via email. Any idea how to change this? TIA

Hey Curiousmember according to this article you can change it through your self-serve account. The same way that you added it on should be how to set it up so it's sent to your email instead. Send me a message if you are having issues please
- Hi El-Eric thanks for the response. I have read that article and gone through the addon section in the self serve but can't seem to find any option to receive the voicemails via email.
