Voicemail speed dial 1

My voicemail speed dial 1 is not working on my Android S24 phone. When I press and hold "1" on my phone it shows Add voicemail number? Then I click on Add number On the next screen under service p...

    Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like your voicemail number isn’t set up on your new device yet. You can set it manually by following these steps:

    1. Open the Phone app on your Samsung S24.
    2. Tap the three dots (menu) in the top right corner.
    3. Select Settings > Voicemail > Voicemail settings.
    4. Under Voicemail number, enter your TELUS voicemail access number (6475804001).
    5. Save the changes and then press and hold 1 again to test.
