Voicemail notification not showing up on S25 Ultra

Hi,

I have this problem with last few generation of Samsung Galaxy devices. I tried it with 3 different Samsung devices over the last couple of years. My voicemail notification never shows up as a notification on my phone. I have to manually speed dial '1' to hear those voicemails.

Can someone help me figuring out this issue?

For context: I am on an unlimited plan with Advanced Voicemail included in my plan.

Thank you.

Just seems ridiculous.  It worked on this phone until they switched my monthly plan.  I don't know how that would changed anything else

That's definitely strange. You mentioned you are on a call with them now?

You should be receiving notifications as expected. To help troubleshoot this, we recommend the following steps:

    • Ensure Notifications Are Enabled: Go to Settings > Apps > Phone > Notifications and make sure voicemail notifications are turned on.
    • Clear Phone App Cache: Settings > Apps > Phone > Storage > Clear Cache.
    • Check Voicemail App Settings (if using Visual Voicemail): Open the Voicemail or Phone app and verify that push notifications are enabled and permissions are granted.
    • Network Reset: Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings — this will refresh mobile data and voicemail connections.

Tried all of this troubleshooting but still no luck.

That's certainly odd, we'll send you a PM so that we can dig a bit more into this for you.
