Thank you for writing to us and your reply means a lot. I think your answer is written by a robot because no one called our embassy.
Unfortunately all our neighborhood still experiencing interruption and variation of the signal coming from your towers: intermittant, sometimes very good and suddenly it is weak to the point of the call drops silent.
Please can you send your technician to check the broadcasting tower that supplies and covers the north of Rivière des Prairies in Quebec especially the zone from the 25A highway to the avenue Rodolphe Forget (the italian church). This section is in a low slope and the signal here is bad.
If you do fix this problem and notify us we will write a good review about your services.
