4 months agoHi there, if your private message doesn’t seem to be going through, it could be due to a temporary glitch or a browser issue. We recommend clearing your cache, trying a different browser, or using the mobile site/app to resend your message.
There’s no strict character limit for PMs, but if your message is quite long, you might try breaking it into smaller parts and sending them separately. If you’re still unable to send it, you can send us a private message on Facebook facebook.com/telus.
