Unable to Send a Detailed PM to Telus Support

As I saw in the community, many people were recommended by moderators to message the Telus Support official account with a PM regarding their situation. I have some sensitive details regarding a Canada Post Support case that I need Telus to take a look at but I am unable to even get confirmation that my message is sending?

Is there a character limit that I am not aware about or something? Not that my message is that long to begin with, but after I click "send" the button reacts but the window with my original message remains? What can I do?

Should I just publish some of my case information here that is not very detailed regarding personal information so a Mod can help me here?

    Hi there, if your private message doesn’t seem to be going through, it could be due to a temporary glitch or a browser issue. We recommend clearing your cache, trying a different browser, or using the mobile site/app to resend your message.

    There’s no strict character limit for PMs, but if your message is quite long, you might try breaking it into smaller parts and sending them separately. If you’re still unable to send it, you can send us a private message on Facebook facebook.com/telus.
