Community Power UserThen if you have restarted your phone, and it is still not working, I would engage Telus through their social media platforms, @TelusSupprt, or through the chat function described in the Contact Us link at the page bottom (chat available on computer, not mobile device). Sometimes international roaming is not automatically added when EasyRoam is applied.
