Community Power UserThe Telus stores won't provide support for devices they don't sell. The employees in the stores aren't there for technical support either. They primarily are there to sell things.
Normally when you get a non-Telus device, you will need to edit the APN settings first. The specific APN settings are really easy to find online. As for the APN settings being locked, that is something only Ulefone will be able to address. Telus would have no way to unlock them because they don't control the system software that Ulfone uses on their devices.
