Travel Pass
I am not able to add a travel pass online or through the app. It tells me I have easy roam. I have also tried the webchat and was told to email that person, and they haven't responded My Telus bus...

Community Power UserIn my experience, if you have Easy Roam on your account, the passes aren’t available to you, which is unfortunate, as Telus Easy Roam passes are competitive with data only travel SIM in many cases.
For my recent travels, I ended up with a travel SIM, but I didn’t need access to my phone number.
Sorry, I don’t have a simple solution.
