Travel Pass with Easy Roam
I am travelling to England and Italy next week and want to add the 14 day travel pass International to my 2 lines. When I try to do so, both the website and the app tell me it can't be done at this time. I have roaming on, but I am not given the option to add the 14 day travel pass. Please advise.

I tried ROAM and it said Oops, we were only able to enable Easy Roam in international destinations. I tried removing roaming from my account so I could try to re-add it and that wouldn't work either

This is a generic system error that has a fairly easy workaround. It's just our billing system trying to prevent accidental overlapping charges. Try this:
1. Grab your first device and sent a new text to 7626 with the exact word: TRAVEL
2. The network should text back a secure, automated menu listing available options.
3. Reply to the text to select the 14-Day Europe Travel Pass.
4. Repeat for your second device. (this is important because roaming passes are provisioned at the SIM card level, not account level)
You should then be good to go. The 14 day clock will not start ticking, but will hold it on your account for up to 30 days and will only activate once your phones latch onto a local tower in Europe. Let us know if that works, and have an amazing trip!
