Times
When looking at my usage, the times seem to be off. If i made a phone call or texted at 9 a.m. it shows that it was done at 1 p.m. Wondering how to change this Thanks

1 month agoAh yeah, that's a super common point of confusion! Our backend systems log all usage in Eastern Time by default, no matter where you're located. So if you're on Pacific Time and make a call at 9:00 AM, it'll show up as 1:00 PM on your log.
Unfortunately, there's no way to switch the My TELUS portal to local time right now, so you just have to do a quick time zone conversion when checking your history

Hmm, have you tried to reset the devices internal settings?

Thank you for providing that info with us! Unfortunately for now we do not have a fix for that.
