The bring it back plan for iPhone 13
Now that my 2 year contract is done, I want to bring the phone back, as that was the plan. why is Telus charging me for the iPhone. Eventhough i am bringing the phone back, i am told that even if i bring it back, i must pay. This is ridiculous. I want to talk to someone else.

Hi Elizabethdup if you return the phone within the given time you should not be charged. Check your bill for the full breakdown.
