I am wondering if anyone else received this text from Telus? Contacting support is impossible.

    No, but if you've recently switched from Android to an iPhone, it would not surprise me to see that message. It also would not surprise me to see a similar message for iPhone users that switch to Android.

     

    For this, tech support wouldn't be needed. It's very straight forward, if you've switched to an iPhone or non-Android device.
