Telus Scamming! - Do Not Trust This Company

Telus is quite a piece of work.

I signed up for their plan few months ago and they charged me for the temporary phone line in addition to mine and my wife's. So I ended up paying twice what was advertised.

What's worse is their call agents. They keep insisting that my birthday isn't correct. As if I don't know my own birthday! Also, you want to talk to a person? Enjoy your 3 hour wait. One of them actually hung up after I made a complaint.
