- Muggy11 months agoNeighbourIt was quite a miserable experience, thankfully, the next day a very nice lady took her time to find someone that would help me. I really appreciated that. She stayed on the line with me for the 45 minute wait and then had to try a different department on hold for another 30 minutes to finally find a department that could assist. They changed my plan and now it is fixed. Only took 7 different people, haha.
The last lady restored my hope in customer service.
