TELUS online order

I placed an order online on May 1, and it said that I should receive within 5-7 business days but I ain’t got nothing other than a confirmation email. Card got charged immediately. All I got from TELUS since then was a text message saying that my bill was overdue, bruh they come at ur ass real quick for not paying them money but can’t ship a device on time? I do understand that its been difficult cuz of COVID19 but ion care what anybody says it’s getting ridiculous.
