Telus not respecting offers
I want to renew one of the lines I have in my business account, but I'm just getting frustrated with service as nobody can help. I have this promotion on the website and every time I call (I have wasted so many hours, sometimes the call drops and nobody call me back) Sales want to sell me a plan for 90 or 65 dollars.

Hello. That specific offer has a number of eligibility requirements. Were you advised by any of the agents you spoke with that you meet all of them?
