    Japan is included in the Asia Easy Roam 14 day pass. Once you arrive, make sure roaming is enabled and you should pick up either SoftBank or the NTT Docomo network.

Hi there. I called in and spoke with 2 separate reps and the first person said they didn't have that plan.  Then the 2nd person said it doesn't include Japan.  I'm getting so many conflicted answers that I don't know if I should add it to my account.  I don't want to get hit with the $70 and another $18/day charge.  Can anyone shed some light on this?

I added the Asia pass to 2 of our phones. $70 each. That was all we were charged. Nothing else was charged.  We were there in May and June 2026. Japan is included in the plan.

    Thanks for the reply. I called in a 3rd time and the rep said that it’s included in the personal side plans. I’m under the Telus Business side and it’s not included there. Are you under the personal side mobility plan?
