Telus Lying About Refund

After being overcharged $500, Telus has dragged me along for 5 weeks making no less than 8 distinct promises to fulfill the $500 overcharge refund. 5 of which lies were performed by customer service representatives, falsely claiming they had resolved the situation and applied the refund, 3 by online Telus “experts” in similar fashion, stating exact dates the refund would be applied.
