Telus has THE worst customer service
I've been trying to contact Telus customer support for the past 2 days and its been a very frustrating cycle ... Firstly they force you to use their chatbot, which I'm honestly ok with if it answere...
Agreed. Total garbage. I cant wait to switch to Bell once my contract is done.
