Telus has THE worst customer service
I've been trying to contact Telus customer support for the past 2 days and its been a very frustrating cycle ... Firstly they force you to use their chatbot, which I'm honestly ok with if it answere...

2 hours agoHi there — first off, I want to acknowledge that what you’ve described isn't the experience we strive for. Dealing with a loop between a chatbot and a "ghost" callback is incredibly draining, especially when you’re just trying to get the features you’re already paying for.
While our AI assistants are designed to handle high-volume technical troubleshooting, they clearly hit a wall here.
