Suspended Account: After submission to fraudfax@t

Opened new Telus mobile plan (TUES).  Suspended Account (same day): After Document submission to [email protected] (day-2); Sent two email of 2x ID documents within 3 days (FRI today).  Also visited Telus Store today to show 3rd ID doc to Telus store rep.

Old mobile provider has confirmed number port-out to Telus succeeded.   No cellphone / no data (suspended) today. 

What else should we do?  How long should I wait?
