Stolen phone
Hello. Someone stole my phone and I still have 20 months to pay on my contract.... What are my options?
See the following documentation here. Also contact Telus and report it as stolen, so they can blacklist the IMEI.
Android and iOS have the ability to remotely lock and/or wipe the phone. You should consider doing this first to protect whatever data and credentials you have on the device.
