Smart Hub
I currently have a Huawei smart hub and now see Telus offer a ZTE unit, what are the differences between the two?
Ours works good but "bogs" down during certain times of the day and I'm wondering if this new ZTE unit will help to minimize/eliminate this?

Unless the smart hub itself is the issue, you shouldn't see a dramatic difference between the two. The slow-downs you mentioned might be due to network congestions. Did you already reach out to the tech support team?
