service at local Telus location
a telemarketer called me and offered a deal for my mobile phone and home internet. but when i need help in transfer photos from old phone to the new phone, a staff member in the Richmond store charge...
Just to be clear, I was a new customer who switched the home internet, mobile service and a bought a new S25 Ultra through a Telemarketer. I did almost everything until backing up my WhatsApp stuff. So, I dropped into the Richmond Center location.
I was told I didn't bought from him so I have to pay.
