a telemarketer called me and offered a deal for my mobile phone and home internet. but when i need help in transfer photos from old phone to the new phone, a staff member in the Richmond store charge...

Community Power UserTo add to this. If someone were to take their phones anywhere to get photos etc. transferred, the business would charge them for it and likely charge more than just $15. I can only imagine what Geek Squad would charge for that service.
