Seller did not apply the promo
The telus Seller promised my monthly would be 55$. I move from virgin to Telus. Then the bills for the last 3months is more than 100$. And Telus to apply the fix told me i must pay my bill first. Is this not a sort of scam from Telus?

They don't make me pay because I won't. Call and say you're going to cancel your service if the idiot AI phone system won't put you through to the Loyalty Department.

Phone call. They called me in march. And since then, i have been fighting with telus to apply the promo the seller told me.
