Greetings, Just wanted to see if anyone has gotten their Galaxy Watch 8 email to claim and activate the $15/mo plan yet? I received my phone and plan went active 6 weeks ago (fine print stated 4-6 ...
In ordered my 26 ultra march 6, 2026. The storage upgrade and the watch is what made the decision easy for me. I've been waiting for email/text since then. I called the loyalty dept today and the lady told me that because I didnt follow the instructions of the email (that I didnt recieve) im not longer eligible. But, wait there's more! She told me that I could get the watch 8 for FULL price on a 2yr easy pay and 15/mth plan, and she would waive the activation fee and give me a 1 time 200$ bill credit. This is absolutely absurd on telus' behalf. As for the excuse of quantity, they shouldn't be offering up the offer to everyone with a phone.
