Official Support TeamHi there! With Easy Roam, you’re only charged the daily rate if you use your device while travelling, such as making or receiving a call, sending a text, or using data. If you turn off mobile data and do not make or answer calls or send texts, you won’t be charged. However, if you receive a call and answer it, or if your phone uses data in the background (like updates or app notifications), the daily charge will apply.
