Roaming in Mexico
No cellular service while roaming in Mexico recently updated plan to unlimited Can-Us-Mex, trying to get assistance but everything ends on a call back when I can’t even use my phone, tried resetting...
Mine won’t connect either no matter what I do. Absolutely pointless plan

It looks like you had roaming off on your profile. I have corrected it for you. If you try those steps again, it should work.

I have tried 5 different networks none of them connect. This plan is useless. This has left me without being able to use uber to get around!
