Question about 2 year contract ending soon and possible switch to lower pla
Hi. My 2 year mobile phone contract is ending soon so I was wondering if I need to renew or if I will just be switched to a monthly plan? Also, if possible when the contract ends, am I able to switch to a lower cost plan?
Any and all help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi there! It might be easier for us to check your account through a private message. However, once your contract ends, your plan costs likely won't decrease, but you should no longer have to pay your device balance.
