I got emails from Telus, and the order for the phone showed up on my Telus account, so I assume it was legitimate. I just don't understand why it needs to be so complicated, and why different Telus departments (Customer Services, and Promotions) can communicate with each other. I have now been told my order has to be reviewed by customer services, which is more time on the phone trying to get through to them.
